We are a combination of R&D, manufacturing, selling and services, specialized in manufacturing the precision progressive stamping dies of motor core laminations, draw dies, automobile electric appliance, Watt-hour meter and transformer iron cores, motor lamination compound dies, etc. Throughout, we absorbed the advanced domestic and international experiences including Japan and Taiwan, created more value and achieve higher investment efficiency for customers based on the pioneering spirits of catch up from behind, dare to first and pursuit of excellence.
We have 18 high precision Japan Sodick WEDM-LS machines, 6 CNC, 4 high speed presses for dies trial running, 4 Taiwan KENT big water grinding machines, milling machines, grinding machines, fine hole discharge machines, etc. Inspection equipments guarantee the machining quality, including the original Swiss Trimos altimeter, Japanese Mitutoyo projector, CMM, etc. Meanwhile, we have 4 skilled and experienced designers. We have the capacities of excellent innovation and powerful development.
Our annual production volume is over 200 sets, domestic customers include the famous companies, like Kunsan Changying, Haier, Foxconn, etc. Our dies were exported to many countries, including Japan, India, Vietnam, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc.
