If there are any of these conditions, the method should be taken to find the same specification parts for replacement; Check whether the screws and fixing pins are loose, and whether the die will jump out and burst. If there is any looseness, lock it with a wrench.
3. The punch is easy to break, bend and gnaw in the process of die use. The punch sleeve is generally gnawed. The damage of punch and punch sleeve also needs to be replaced with the same specification parts.
4. Check the tightness of guide device and add lubricating oil to prevent overheating and roughing of the mould; Anti rust treatment is carried out for non production hardware mould.
5. Maintenance and maintenance of pressing parts and unloading parts. During maintenance, pay attention to check whether the parts of each part are damaged, and repair and update the damaged parts.
